Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Sosialyze, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Sosialyze is operated by Daav and Rivas, LLC.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use Sosialyze
- You must provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
3. Description of Service
Sosialyze provides local plan discovery, interest matching, messaging, group chats, user profiles, and related social features. Sosialyze does not guarantee attendance, friendship, compatibility, safety at third-party venues, or that any plan will occur.
4. User Conduct
You may not:
- Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate other users
- Post hate speech or discriminatory content
- Share sexual, exploitative, or graphic content
- Spam, scam, impersonate others, or mislead users
- Doxx or share private information about others without consent
- Promote or facilitate illegal activity
- Abuse reporting or blocking systems
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or attack the Services
5. User-Generated Content
You are responsible for the content you post. You grant Sosialyze a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely to operate the Services. Sosialyze may remove content, suspend accounts, or ban users that violate these Terms. Sosialyze may preserve content and reports for safety or legal purposes.
6. Messaging and Group Chats
All messages must follow our Community Guidelines. Users can report and block other users. Sosialyze can moderate messages and accounts. Do not share personal contact information through the platform until you are comfortable doing so.
7. Plans and Venues
Plans may involve third-party locations. Sosialyze does not own or control venues. Users are responsible for independently verifying hours, safety, pricing, availability, and suitability. Sosialyze is not liable for what happens during offline interactions.
8. Safety Disclaimer
When meeting people from Sosialyze in person, always meet in public places, exercise good judgment, and report suspicious behavior. Sosialyze cannot guarantee the behavior of any user offline.
9. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time via our Account Deletion page. Sosialyze may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice.
10. Intellectual Property
Sosialyze owns its app, brand, software, designs, and generated platform content. You may not reproduce or distribute our proprietary materials without written permission. Users retain ownership of their own content subject to the license granted in Section 5.
11. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of recommendations, or that plans will be available or suitable.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daav and Rivas, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Alabama. We recommend consulting a lawyer before relying on any arbitration or class action waiver provisions.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will update the effective date above when changes are made.
